WOW, what a waste I am. I didn’t even realize how quickly the week went by with my schedule becoming busier and busier. I need to step it up, even if it means squeezing in a 10-20 minute exercise session here and there. I DON’T MAKE EXCUSES – I CREATE SOLUTIONS.
