			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I&#8217;ve finally had time to get back into some sort of a routine. While I&#8217;d like to do more right now, my knee issue is getting progressively worse to the point where I can&#8217;t really do any kind of plyometrics or even run without having some pain. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Unfortunately, my Workout Challenge has been put on a &#8220;time out&#8221; as of late. My insane work load trying to make it through this semester has resulted in me now being able to fit only 1 to 2 days of working out a week in. Add in the stress that comes along with more work and less exercise and the Vertigo-like symptoms I&#8217;ve been experiencing on and off for a month now. My body is feeling the result as well and all the hard work I&#8217;d been putting in is slowly coming undone. While I&#8217;m still trying to fit more physical activity into my regimen, my biggest change for the time being will have to be an even healthier diet than I&#8217;ve been on to hopefully reduce the the amount of weight that&#8217;s been returning.</p>
