Workout Challenge – Week 33

So I’ve finally had time to get back into some sort of a routine. While I’d like to do more right now, my knee issue is getting progressively worse to the point where I can’t really do any kind of plyometrics or even run without having some pain. I’ll be getting that looked at a little later this month.

Sunday – lifting: chest/shoulders/back
Monday – off day
Tuesday – lifting: arms
Wednesday – off day
Thursday – lifting: chest/shoulders/back
Friday – off day
Saturday – lifting: arms
