Workout Challenge – Week 2
OK, After only a week or so I’m already annoyed with having to post every day. It doesn’t mean that I’m not working out, it’s just that I don’t always get around to posting the results. Instead of daily posts, I’ll post weekly on what I did. I also decided that posting a picture every 2 weeks isn’t going to show that much progress, so every month may be a better indication. Anyway, here’s last week:
Sunday – Off day…was camping
Monday – Went hiking through Myles Standish State Forest
Tuesday – Chest/Shoulders/Back
Wednesday – 2 miles on track
Thursday – Biceps/Triceps
Friday – Maintenance workout…day before show
Saturday – No workout…wrestling show
I had a little more off-time last week than I normally plan on having. The reason being is that nothing is worse than working a wrestling show when I’m already sore. That’ll come up every now and then and that’s OK. It’s looking like I won’t have another show until September, so lots of time to get into a good routine.
