I haven’t posted on this site in quite awhile because I’ve been busy running The Geek Generation, but I wanted to let any lingering readers know that even though I’m no longer wrestling, I still have a limited supply of wrestling t-shirts available for purchase over at The Geek Generation Store. Each shirt includes a BerZerker wristband while supplies last.
So I’ve finally had time to get back into some sort of a routine. While I’d like to do more right now, my knee issue is getting progressively worse to the point where I can’t really do any kind of plyometrics or even run without having some pain. I’ll be getting that looked at a little later this month.

Monday – off day

Wednesday – off day
Thursday – lifting: chest/shoulders/back
